[SJDXA] CQ print

Thanks Bob.

I have pretty much transitioned to online PDF's. I don't think QST or CQ 
can exist with printed versions in these days since many folks are 
resisting subscriptions increases.

However thanks for the info and I hope it's okay to pass your email on 
to others.  Yes or No?
