I thought I'd toss this out there in case anyone else ever has this issue. 
Apparently there is a bug in MMTTY that has been there for years and it doesn't look like it will ever be repaired either.

I was operating in the CQWW Rtty contest over the weekend when I tried to change the size of the Rtty Engine 1 scope size.  As soon as I did, a window popped up with a "Division by Zero" error.  Not only did it open once but it cascaded across the whole screen faster than I could close it.  Once this happened I could still RX but my TX was reduced to a single tone.  I thought I was done with the contest at that point.

I decided to search for the "Divide by Zero" error online.  There I found an answer that I wasn't the only one that had this problem.  It's been an ongoing issue with the MMTTY program from day one with no foreseeable repair in sight.  The fix was rather simple.  You need to close N1MM, then find the MMTTY.ini folder.  There should be several BAK files there too.  The path is easy to find.  Look in your N1MM configuration setup.
Since I use DXLabs and sometimes WinWarbler for chasing DX, I use the same MMTTY instance for N1MM.  My path is shown below where the mmtty.ini file is in my WinWarbler folder.






Change the name of the Configuration Settings file to mmtty.ini.old,  then change the name of one of your BAK files to mmtty.ini
This will direct MMTTY to use a previous config file.  I chose to change the first one, mmtty.ini.Friday to mmtty.ini

Then restart N1MM.  This fixed the Divide by Zero error and I was able to continue with the contest.
I failed to remember that wise old proverb of "If it ain't broke, Don't fix it"
