Hi Dave,
There is no atomic clock that listens to WWV to automatically set the
time. They only make US time zone clocks.
I use a Raspberry Pi and run a program called Ham Clock. Just to let you
know that Raspberry PI is a tricky program and it took me 2 days to get Ham
Clock to run. I almost purchased a Geochron that runs on a PC or TV screen,
Gigi Parts sells them for $450. The Geochron and Ham Clock both use the
internet to sync the correct time.
Sorry that I could not be of more help but I too was looking for a clock to
do both GMT and local time that syncs with a standard and could not find
one.
