[SJDXA] Countdown update

We have two more to add to the basic challenge:
Bob K2RET and Bob KE2D have attained the basic countdown challenge.
As a matter of fact, Bob K2RET found Antarctica VK0DX on 15 meter CW. So he is working on his full Monty now!
