[SJDXA] JIDX contest bans Russia and Belarus

SJDXA members,
The Japan International DX Contest  (JIDX) www.jidx.org
 is the latest contest sponsor to ban Russia and Belarus from competing. 
This comes after the Radio Society of Great Britain (RSGB), CQWW, Royal Belgian Amateur Radio Union and the Czech Radio Club issued similar contest bans which align with the flood of similar international sports bans implemented as a response to the invasion of Ukraine.
