[SJDXA] free ARRL handbook

Hi Paul, I'm glad you took advantage of it like I did. I also won a 50$ 
ARRL publication door prize at the Mullica Hill Hamfest last weekend.  
So What I did was to get the 2021 Handbook for here in NJ, and used the 
$50 to order a 2022 handbook for my winter home in Florida. Life is good....
