Work 15 DX stations (outside the continental 48 states) on DIGITAL. At least
ONE QSO per day for 15 days. Starts April 28 (0000 UTC) and ends May 31
(2359 UTC).

You can use ANY digital mode including RTTY, PSK, FT8, FT4, JT65, etc.
