SJDXA members,

MODE COORDINATORS for N2I/STAYHOME

Remember, this all starts tomorrow at 6:00 AM (10:00 UTC) and runs for 24 hours.

Steve KZ2I will coordinate SSB. His email is kz2i at aol.com or text 704-598-4934

He will share his cell# with you so you can quickly coordinate time slots.

Bob K2RET is coordinating FT4/FT8. His email is k2ret at comcast.net or text 609-618-7663

Bob N2OO is coordinating CW. Email n2oo at comcast.net Text 609-618-3669

Again, remember, we can only be QRV on one mode at any time (regardless of band). Only 80-40-20-15-10. So, coordinating is required.

One more thing of note, since we are one of the registered sought after stations there is no need to worry about dupes or multipliers.

So, you can just CALL CQ!! (and have fun running a pileup!)

Remember, this all starts tomorrow at 6:00 AM (10:00 UTC) and runs for 24 hours.

ALL LOGS MUST BE SENT TO N2OO IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE CONTEST IS OVER… SO HE CAN MERGE THE LOGS FOR SUBMITTING. PLEASE SEND IN ADIF FORMAT.

DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR LOGS TO THE EVENT COORDINATOR.

LOG FORMAT: Date, UTC time, band, sent and received messages are needed. ADIF files generated by WSJT-X are acceptable. LOG INSTRUCTIONS: The operator's age should be included both in the sent and in the received messages, e.g. 599 73. Please check that your transmitted message (with age) also went into your log. If not, add your age in the SOAPBOX or comments of the log.

LOGGING SOFTWARE: If your logging software supports it, the All Asian Contest format also exchanges age. In Win-Test, All Asian accepts both modes (CW/SSB) You may use any other software where age can be included in the messages. For example, CQ WW DX Contest format can be used, replacing the zone number by age. If your program adds a leading zero to your age, that is OK. Other logging software that works is N1MM and ACLog (N3FJP) ALL ASIA CONTEST FORMAT. If you operate more than one mode during the event, you may need to set up a separate log for each mode depending on the contest format used. As such, you can send the MODE logs separately to N2OO after the event is over.

It is probably important that you take the time to set up your logging software in advance to make sure that it works properly.

See ya' in the Pileups!

73!
