[SJDXA] Santa avoids Covid-19 using "vertical distancing"

Old St. Nick has outsmarted the politicians.   He's using vertical
distancing to safely visit all the world's children.  He's already on his
way in the eastern longitudes and is currently (as of 1744Z) heading for
Dubai.

Check out his flight path over the next 12-15 hours has we winds his way
