Here is the latest update on the United States Postal Service and its “temporary service suspensions” on outgoing mail to other countries.  This one went into effect April 3.  USPS says this is “for the duration of the coronavirus issues.”.

This is the list of countries the US system is not currently accepting mail for, updated to April 8.  Military and diplomatic mail are not affected.
