Permission has been received to operate ET3AA tonight and tomorrow night,
reports K4ZW, Ken, who is in Addis for the weekend. 

Unfortunately "there continue to be heavy thunderstorms passing through
Addis, which would likely render the lowbands useless". After 1700Z the
operators will be "locked in for the rest of the night".
