Ohio/Penn DX Bulletin Mailing List (Update, January 27, 2019)

*** IMPORTANT NOTE FROM EDITOR (Update): Good news and bad news. The OPDX
    Mailing List is back up and running. However, we are starting from
    scratch, and only very few E-mail addresses have been added. The
    new Mail List does not have an automatic subscriber feature and you
    will have to E-mail me a request to be added. I request patience
    because this is a new system/server for me and I have to learn how
    to use it. My E-mail address (kb8nw at barf80.nshore.org) is now back
    online, but I only plan to use it as a secondary address. PLEASE,
    PLEASE, only send Mail List request and DX info to (kb8nw at hotmail.com)
    or (kb8nw at arrl.net). Also, PLEASE pass the word around....
