[SJDXA] V84 and XX9

 Has anyone in the SNJ area heard or worked the V84 or XX9 dxpeditions on anything below 20 meters?  It looks like the left coast is having a field day, but not seeing too many spots from the east (yeah, I know Florida is hearing them).

 Has anyone visited "the site" to work them?
