[SJDXA] KH1/KH7Z OQRS

For those who haven't heard yet, the "clean" logs for KH1/KH7Z will be loaded to clublog and the OQRS will be activated at 0000z 7/16 (8pm ET this Sunday).  They have advised that anyone who has donated by that time will receive "an automatic LOTW upload without further action."
