The 'official' version in the minutes will read differently since there will not be any mention of all the motions withdrawn before a vote was taken ... that is the long followed procedure when reporting these meetings.  On the other hand, some action was taken on Code of Conduct which for the moment suspends the 'gag order' portion of the Code.  All good things.  But there is no assurance there will not be further attempts at diminishing member rights at the next BOD meeting in July.


IMO take the comment about K1KI at the end with a huge grain of salt.


In the meantime getting ready for Director elections in five Divisions, a possible recall in the Southeast Division, and local lobbying for greater transparency in ARRL governance will continue.
