[SJDXA] WSJT-X UPDATE

K1JT, Joe Taylor, says "By December 10 or very soon afterward, 
everyone should upgrade to the full WSJT-X 2.0 release."  Some are 
calling this "D-day for WSJT-X 1.9."  Recommended is reading this:

with version 2.0 not compatible with version 1.9.
