Back in 2003, I met Wolf OE1WHC who is the curator and CEO of DOKUFUNK in
Austria.

Dokufunk is a "radio" archive that has stored and organized around 10
million QSL cards as well as other documents, plaques, awards, periodicals,
and video/audio from Amateur Radio and Commercial international
broadcasting.
