[SJDXA] Club Contest entries ARRL

SJDXA members,

The ARRL club entry rules were changed a while back. We will now upload a
club roster to the ARRL for club entry of our scores.

Steve KZ2I will handle this for us.

We all understand that many of our members submit their scores under FRC
(Frankfort Radio Club). No problem. This does NOT involve you.

But for those who wish to submit their scores under SJDXA, we will need to
create our club CATEGORY. There are 3 choices. Unlimited, Medium, Local.

Unlimited and Medium require a 175 mile radius. Local requires a 35 mile
radius.

Our roster has members who are in both radius's and also outside the 175
miles radius. 

But looking carefully, most of our members are within the 35 miles radius.

The only two classes we fit under are Medium and Local. Medium is for up to
50 entries per contest. Local is for up to 10 entries per contest.

There are more details to the rules. But mainly what we are interested in is
this. Is there anyone outside the 35 mile limit (and under 175 miles) who
would like to submit their score under SJDXA?

If there is anyone, then we can set up as a MEDIUM club category. If there
is not, then we can set up as a LOCAL club category. 

It really doesn't matter to us which we choose. It's more about just setting
it up correctly so that anyone who wants to submit a score, is able to do
so.
