Current project list is below. We are planning on doing the 80/75m
dipole,PL-259's on rear boxes needing replacement, Aluminum pile and test
commercial dipoles with analyzer and see if info on them is valid this
Thursday from 9am to 4pm "ish". The inside work can be done anytime of
coarse and we are striving to accomplish as much as we can outside before
the insects arrive for their summer stay. If anyone wants to cut trees
around towers please let either "OO", "HM" or myself know and I am flexible
during the week on going out to the Site.

SJDXA Project List

Towers

NW Tower TA-33

- Lower TA-33 and make adjustments to center the beam for each band

- Clean up tree/branches around tower

NE Tower 80m Inverted V

- 80/75m Inverted V needs replacement (Parts already on hand)

- Clean up tree/branches around tower and associated inverted V to
keep clear of damage

SE Tower 40m Inverted V

- Clean up tree/branches around tower and associated inverted V to
keep clear of damage

- 160m Inverted L is a dual W2GD/SJDXA asset that is only used
during the winter contests but possibly looking into making this a permanent
160m faction if possible. May just require a coax run into the "House".

SW Tower

- Place G5RV on Tower for IC-746 and any other radio (KI4KWR
donating Radiowavz G5RV)

- Clean up tree branches around tower and all other gear around the
tower.

-

Building

- Replace 2m beam on roof with Diamond V2000A

- Patch Panel - Add more ports to the panel for additions being
done

- Ground Braid for each Station (Replace solid with braid)

Outside

- Repair/Replace PL-259's in both boxes that are in need of repair.

- Test existing commercial unused vertical dipoles that are out
past the big tower. Use with a tuner on any near resonant frequencies. They
are on unsafe telephone poles so we cannot climb or adjust them.

- Pull out commercial dipoles in pile and mark them what they are
resonate at. (KI4KWR)

- Run 6 Mini-8 to rear of Sheds for beverage runs to eliminate
running coax across grass (potential permanent beverage system)

- Organize antenna/aluminum pile (KI4KWR)

Antenna Projects

- Build 40m vertical with aluminum on site.

- Build 80m vertical with aluminum on site.
