[SJDXA] VP9 mini DXpedition

Bob N2OO and Steve KU9C will be active as N2OO/VP9 and KU9C/VP9 from Ed VP9GE's QTH from July 6th to July 11th.  During the IARU HF Championship they will operate VP9HQ, the VP9 IARU Headquarters call.  Outside of the contest look for activity on all HF bands (especially the WARC bands) as well as 6 meters and SO-50/AO-85 FM satellites.  QSL VP9HQ to KU9C, and /VP9 to the appropriate home call.
