Hello fellow Amateur Radio Operators!
 
 
 
It's that time once again for the Montana QSO Party!
 
Mark your calendars for Friday, January 27, 2017, starting at 5PM MDST and continuing until 4:59PM MDST the 27th.
 
As in previous years, this is a 24 hr event.  Please get on the air and make contacts.  There are LOTS of people who come to the Montana QSO Party each year looking for Montana contacts!
 
Maybe this year we can set a record on the number of hams participating!  If you’ve never done the Montana QSO Party before, it’s simple!
 
First, go to www.FVARC.org http://www.FVARC.org and go to the contest tab along the top and then to the Montana QSO Party tab and read up on the past contests.  You  can also practice uploading scores on the automated scoring online program.
 
Even if you make only a few contacts, there’s a good chance of you winning a VERY nice certificate, if I may say so myself!
 
Attached are the rules for the 2017 Montana QSO Party.
