The attached letter is directed to you, the ARRL directors and officers.  It concerns proposed changes in ARRL Bylaws and the current Code of Conduct, both of which contain provisions that I believe are contrary to the interests of Amateur Radio, and actions ARRL has taken with regard to certain Directors and Vice-Directors.
