I just got a clarification from Rolf DL9CM who runs the MRD Event.
Anyone can operate W2WSC in the MRD.
The mode is "CW ONLY". And on special set frequencies as detailed in the
following link.
Complete info here:

I am getting a more detailed explanation of what our exchange would be if
the op is NOT a former maritime operator. It seems to be "name", QRK report
(1-5 intelligibility), QSA report (1-5 Signal strength), op name, station
call (Coastal WSC).
Regular hams working us may give a serial number instead of all this detail.
Full details here:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Q_code#Maritime_Mobile_Service_.28QOA.E2.80.93
QQZ.29
I still need to have a list of ops and timeframe available on Saturday April
15th.
I realize this is the day before Easter.
We will only do this if we have a few people willing.
Let me know.
See ya' in the Pileups!
