For anyone going to Dayton next week and want to wear a T-Shirt and possible
win a FT-991.. If you would like to participate come pass the Apache Labs
(Booths AA0114 AA0115). $5 gets you a shirt and follow the instructions
below.very easy.

Below you will find the rules for the Dayton Game. We hope you are as

HOW TO PLAY DAYTON GAME 2016

Game Time

Photos must be submitted between Friday May 20, 2016 at 7:00 am Eastern Time
(ET) and Sunday, May 22, 2016 at 11:59 pm ET.

Social Media Options

You may submit any of your photo entries through the following social media
channels and by tagging your entry with the official hashtag: #Dayton2016

You're welcome to submit your photo through multiple channels, but this does
not increase your chance of winning. 

Personal Photo Entry & Bonus Points

Earn one entry in the random Grand Prize drawing by posting an original
selfie (a photo you have taken of yourself) while at the 2016 Dayton
Hamvention and dressed in the Dayton Game T-shirt.

An official sticker or sign will be on or near the subject at the
appropriate time that says #Dayton2016 and this must be in the photo.

Submissions do not have to be in real time and can be submitted at the end
of the day or outside the Hamvention location.

You may include a caption when you upload your photo if you wish. By
submitting your photo, you consent to the photo being shared or otherwise
published.

Photos deemed by the Sponsor to be inappropriate will be eliminated from the
game entirely at the discretion of the Sponsor.

Finally, keep your eyes peeled for GigaParts reps that will be giving away
freebies throughout the weekend only to those sporting the Dayton Game
T-Shirt. 

The Fine Print

PRIZES. One Grand Prize, Yaesu FT-991, valued at $1,199. The winner is
responsible for all taxes and expenses associated with accepting the prize.

PROMOTION PERIOD. The Promotion Period begins May 20, 2016 and ends May 22,
2016.  

ELIGIBILITY. To participate, you must be at least 18 years of age at time of
entry and an FCC licensed US amateur operator or the legal guardian of a
minor who is so licensed. Due to restrictive laws in many countries, this
promotion is only valid within the United States, its territories, and
possessions. Winners located outside of the 50 states but within a territory
or possession will be responsible for all applicable freight charges.
Entries with insufficient or inaccurate information will be disqualified.
This promotion is VOID where prohibited by law. Licensed amateur operators
under legal age should have their legal guardians claim any prizes on their
behalf. GigaParts employees/ex-employees and their immediate family are not
eligible to win.

WINNER SELECTION. The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all
qualifying entries on May 23, 2016. The winner's call sign will be announced
at  <http://www.gigaparts.com/Dayton-Game> www.gigaparts.com/Dayton-Game as
soon as the winner's qualification have been verified. To receive the
winner's name by mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to GigaParts
Dayton Game Winner Request, PO Box 11367, Huntsville, AL 35814 by June 30,
2016. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on or after May 23,
2016. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries submitted
by the participant and the total number of entries received during the Game.

NO PURCHASE is necessary to enter or win. Purchases will not increase your
odds of winning. To enter the drawing without purchasing a shirt, send a
self-addressed stamped envelope to GigaParts Dayton Game, PO Box 11367,
Huntsville, AL 35814. We will mail you instructions for turning your own
t-shirt into a qualifying Dayton Game 2016 t-shirt with which you may
participate in the Game. Please allow 5 business days from the date we
receive your request for us to mail you the instructions.

HOW TO ENTER. Detailed instructions will be included with the t-shirt. In
overview, the participant must wear the shirt at the Dayton Hamvention and
take a picture of themselves in the shirt. The text on the front of the
shirt should be readable and it should be obvious you are located somewhere
at the Dayton Hamvention. In addition to posting to one of several
qualifying social media sites, one option for entering will be to email your
photo to a special email address.

Sponsor
