[SJDXA] ZL9A departure delayed

Reported that due to huge waves the Captain decided to postpone the
departure at least one more day, if the seas continue high they will delay
another day. (???)  Some waves are reported to be as high as 30 ­ 50 meters
(100 ­ 160 ft) high spraying water far onto the Island.  Maybe the salt
spray will help their signal.
