[SJDXA] VP8 Winds and WX

SJDXA members,

I thought that you might like to look at this to see what the VP8 crew is
dealing with.

Rotate the globe and zoom in and you can see them getting hammered. (look
east of the southern tip of South America. Island that is somewhat shaped
like a banana.
