ICOM IC-7200

As of late last week ICOM has discontinued the IC-7200 and last production run was acquired by “GigaParts”

ICOM IC-7300

Expected to be complete with FCC approval around April 2016 with a Dayton release timeline. Pricing has been rumored to be $1300-1600 but nothing solid know yet.

ICOM ID-51A Plus (D-STAR) HT

50th Anniversary Editions are gone pretty much….

Some of the Plus versions available in colors if desired.

 

KENWOOD

Nothing rumored as of now for Dayton

 

YAESU

FT-991 

Still a solid seller with the bugs finally worked out thru changes on the board and firmware.

FT-1XD and FTM-400XD

*Newer* versions of the older versions with a better GPS module, nothing else.

FT-2DR (HT w/ System Fusion)

January 2016 Firmware Update available thru Yaesu website

Many items are being redesigned and better built. Amplifiers are made when ordered so it is made for you technically.
