SJDXA members,

On a few occasions, Karl Bowman (DVM), W4CHX has asked to help us with QSL
projects. He has even offered to drive up for one of our QSL mail opening
sessions. While at the recent SEDCO Convention, he also offered to join
SJDXA. Karl lives in Raleigh, NC and is a member of the Carolina DX
Association (CDXA). He is also the NC Section Manager (ARRL).

I would like to propose membership for him.
