[SJDXA] ET3AA update

I just want to thank those who donated toward the new radio (and import duty cost) for the Addis Ababa institute of technology club station ET3AA. Also TNX to Gigaparts for helping make this happen. 
We are not interested in publicizing this at this time. Ken K4ZW and I have had a pleasant response from each of our circles of friends. We have collected funds or pledges covering a good portion of the costs. 
Trying to rush this as we are on a short time schedule.
