[SJDXA] 160 ant

The NE 160 sloper at the site needs to be shortened a few feet. I am looking for someone to lead on getting this done. I will be there to help. But we need someone to organize it before the contest (feb27,28,March 1). Currently it is resonant around 1780 or so. It needs to be brought up to around 1850. It will probably require some climbing depending on how we do it. It will be easier to adjust from the center insulator. 
Who can take the lead?
