[SJDXA] Craig Fugate KK4INZ at ARRL Centennial Banquet

This past July, Craig Fugate (KK4INZ) FEMA administrator gave the keynote
speech at the ARRL Centennial Banquet.

I was there and I think that if you want a warm fuzzy feeling about being a
"ham", I think you should watch it (recently posted on YouTube).

It's about 20 minutes long and well worth taking the time to watch.
