[SJDXA] Rotor change

Is there anyone available to help wit a rotor change? I need somebody able to climb. If not, I am going to need a crew for lowering and raising the tower. I have a Rohn 25 and i am changing from an Alliance HD-73 to a Ham-4. Day would have to be a weekend and i am willing to work around schedules.
