Hello Team ---

 

I made it home safely.  It took an extra hour; four lanes of Minneapolis
traffic were detoured onto a two lane highway which was blocked by a
disabled trailer of ATV's.

 

The highlight was seeing many of the FT5ZM team members (on and off-island)
and re-living the memories.  It was great to see all of you again.

 

Our team was honored to receive the DXpedition of the Year award from the
Southwest Ohio DX Association.  As I said on Friday night, no one individual
or organization deserves the credit for this award.  Each team member
deserves equal credit, recognition, and the honor that goes with this award.
Thank you, all of you, for all the hard work and time you devoted to the
Amsterdam Island DXpedition.

 

Again, congratulations and thank you to everyone.
