Edited information from one of the official pilots:

They plan to setup up as much of the stations and antenna’s before going live.  They will not be on the air until sometime after 1300z.  They probably will not have 160 up and running in time for the 160 contest that’s going on this weekend.  All of the gear is at their respective camps.  The pilot reported they are –12 hours difference from Eastern Standard time but Amsterdam Island is listed as being +5 UTC and EST is –5 UTC which would make them 10 hours ahead of us.
