I will be there this year, if I don't catch phenomena like I did the last
two years. I have my shore home up for sale, and I'm now living in Sewell,
NJ. As I'm living 60 miles from the site, and also 60 miles from Ocean View
I need to know beforehand if the team wants to borrow my K3 again this year.
If so I will pick it up on one of my bi-weekly trips down the shore to check
on houses there. I used to meet W2ARP in Ocean View so he could then bring
the K3 to West Creek. Maybe I could pick it up and drop it off at W2OB's,
if not I will make the trip up there after work and meet someone there to
drop it off. Let me know..

Bob, good luck with FT5ZM!

SJDXA members;

The next meeting will be held on Wednesday January 22nd at the site. Our VP
Chuck W2CCW will be taking over the reins while I am away on the FT5ZM
DXpedition. Please give Chuck all of your attention, and assistance for the
upcoming CQWW 160 SSB contest, February 21-22-23.

You should have a second meeting on February 19 (one week early) in order to
do a PLAN session for the contest.

I have asked the CW team to help in any way that they can. I am sure that
they will. I know that KU2C (Pete) has indicated that he would help. And,
W2ARP will be flying up and staying at the Holiday Inn for the weekend! So,
if HE can come, then YOU can too!!!! J

I will return on February 26.

Have fun and have a great contest! Good luck to the CW crew!! I will TRY to
make sure that W2GD gets worked at FT5ZM!!

NOTE:

If you would like to track our boat while we sail from Perth to Amsterdam
(and back), we will have an active map that will show our position on the
website www.amsterdamdx.org

Updates should flow in every few hours, although I do not know the exact
sequence.

See ya' in the Pileups!
