[SJDXA] Tango Oscar calls

Many of you may know there is a new DXpedition on the air.  It is TO7CC and they are operating from Reunion Island FR-R in most DX tables.  TO7CC will be there until Feb 17th.

The second French territory on the air is TO4YL which is located in Martinique FM.  If you are using a logging program like DXLab you need to place these calls in the Spotcollector > Config> Overrides folder.  The French have the worst call sign system of any because any of these calls could be assigned to any of the Territories.
