[SJDXA] Russian addresses

In the past, I found it very helpful in locating addresses for some guys in 
 the FORMER USSR republics.  There  was one (can't remember who it was)  I 
needed on 80m.  Addresses conflicting between QRZ and Bucky.  I  used both 
to not avail.  Used the address found on .ru (used the Cyryllic  characters) 
and had the card back in a month.
