I do not see anything wrong on the admin page, so not sure what is happening unless Hotmail is blocking message from the list for some reason. I do not know anything about the obarc list as that is admin by Urb I think.Send the test message to:sjdxa at mailman.qth.netIt must be posted from your Hotmail account or it will come to me for admin.
