[SJDXA] Site Activity Party

SJDXA members!

At our last meeting, we decided to have a site cleanup activity on Saturday
April 20th . Gate to be opened at around 9:00 AM.

(Let's set a rain date of Sunday April 21st)

 

On the to do list: We need to drop, and repair the TA33.

We need to be prepared to run new coax runs in the PVC tubes AND make
changes to the ends of the PVC pipes as discussed at the meeting. (Need to
find a way to seal them from allowing water to enter the crawlspace). We
have some ideas, and are some of us are working on it.

We need to do a shack cleanup.

We need to cleanup inside the shed.

We may also install or work on any other "projects" we can think of between
now and then.

 

If anyone needs access to the site to "jump start" the process, or to
research some of those ideas we thought about, let me know and I'll gladly
open up, or find someone who can open up for you.

 

NEEDS:

We will need 50 ohm coax, connectors, sealer, tape, ty-wraps, whatever you
think might be needed.

 

We CAN and SHOULD discuss ideas right here!

I would like to think about that Garden Beam project we spoke about. I think
we have most of the needed materials right at the site.
