[SJDXA] Save ARRL weekly Surfin article

> If you read the ARRL WEB site you may have noticed that Stan's WA1LOU Surfin week article has not appeared in 2 weeks now. I always looked forward to his weekly "in Surfin" every Friday. I have gotten a wealth of information form the weekly Article.
>  I read in Stan's blog that the ARRL suspended " this week in Surfin". Please help get this fine weekly article back on line. Email the ARRL HQ at hq at arrl.org with a copy to ARRL Division Director, Bill Edgar, N3LLR (e-mail n3llr at arrl.org).
