[SJDXA] Welcome 2 new SJDXA members

Pending "official" approval, I would like to welcome two new members to
SJDXA.

Many of you already know Urb LeJeune W1UL (ex W2DEC). Urb lives in
Tuckerton.

And Hank Eveland KC2TA from Mount Holly. Hank is looking to get re-activated
in DXing and contesting.
