[SJDXA] StarQSL a no go

SJDXA team,

After giving it serious thought, and after discussing everything with G3WGV
and G7VJR, I decided that it was just too risky to go with the StarQSL
DXpedition logging and QSLing program. 

If we had been able to work on it sooner, it promised to be a fantastic
system for DXpedition QSLing. Lots of VERY neat features for multi QSL
Manager operation of one DXpedition.

We WILL be using CLUBLOG for the logsearch and leader board.

We will defer back to the same system we used for K5D for the Online QSL
Request System (OQRS).

So, I will do the log processing here and QSL team members will continue to
take labels and cards etc for processing at home.

And of course we will also have fun mail opening sessions at the site!

I still have the Santa box!
FYI, today I received the FIRST HK0NA QSL card! Let the fun begin!
