I just wanted to say that I brought the MKV to the movie set on Monday. I
also got an FTDX5000 from Yaesu and brought it as well..

They selected the 5000 in the initial setup which we helped to dress. But,
then on Tuesday right before filming the scene they decided to remove all
newer equipment and go with only the vintage equipment.

One of my bugs made the set. Made me very happy.

I will tell you more when I see you. It was one of the coolest experiences I
ever had.

And yes, John K2TQN and I did get to meet Harrison Ford and speak with him
briefly. We also saw a couple of the other actors, and got to hang out on
the set all day long yesterday and watch all the "takes". Wow. Cool. They
treated us like VIP's.
