[SJDXA] Work Party report

SJDXA gang,

Today, we had N2HM, KC2AQU, W2RDM, W2DEC, and N2OO at the site. We managed
to re-erect the 40 and 80 meter inverted vee's with new rope and new
pulleys.

We did not get around to the TA33 rotor yet.

But, I did pull out the spare Tailtwister and tested it as well as a few
control boxes. I found two bad controllers, and one good one. All 3 turned
the rotor OK but 2 did not indicate direction. One worked FB and showed
direction all the way around OK. 

I marked them so we don't get them confused in the future, and perhaps
someone can troubleshoot the bad ones someday.

In any event, the plan is to swap out the rotor on the TA33 soon. The
current rotor has a tendency to not release the brake. 

When we arrange another work party, I will let everyone know when.
