[SJDXA] DX0DX on hold for a year

The latest info from the team is that they have decided to make another
attempt to activate DX0DX in April 2012.

Many reasons. But mostly so they can sort out closing out the finances of
the failed attempt.

More when it becomes available.

No QSL projects for another year unless something else pops up.
