[SJDXA] HK0NA QSL confirmed

I just received confirmation from Bob Allphin K4UEE.

SJDXA will handle the QSL cards for HK0NA DXpedition to Malpelo 2012 via
N2OO.

Virtually the same agreement as with K5D.

 

There will be $200 for WYRS and for SJDXA at the end of the QSL operation.

There will be an OQRS (same as for K5D).

LoTW will upload at around 6 months after DXpedition is over(or after we
come current on QSLing) whichever is later.

 

I am keeping DX0DX on hold. The current situation there is still tenuous as
they continue to attempt to reimburse team members by selling purchased
equipment etc. 

If it comes back from the dead, we can make a decision at that time. TBD.
