[SJDXA] QSL Manager request

SJDXA members;

I have been approached to handle a very large DXpedition scheduled for Feb
2012. I am still working on the details. Will tell you which DXpedition once
everything is settled.

If we take this one on, then I will back out of DX0DX since that operation
had been tentatively rescheduled for April 2012 (but in turmoil right now as
they try to recover from the failed attempt last year).

This one will be very similar to K5D.

Polling the SJDXA membership:???
