[SJDXA] DX0DX update

SJDXA members;

I'm not sure what has been announced on the DX rags. But I am on the DX0DX
team discussion list.

The latest I have gotten from the team is that they are still trying to
resolve some "local" issues. They are hopeful to have it all resolved today.
The team has activated some DU1/homecalls to keep them occupied in the
meantime. 

I will pass along anything new as I hear it.
