[SJDXA] CY0 update, now postponed

UPDATE: 30 December 2011 - 0400 UTC

CY0 DXpedition - Delayed

The "beach runway" still has standing water. A Friday landing is not
possible. 
Due to the uncertainty of when the runway will be suitable for landing, we
decided to delay the dxpedition and return to the US. We will announce any
future dates via the various DX bulletins.

We are obviously disappointed, but have come to recognize that there is no
perfect time to attempt travel to Sable Island.
