[SJDXA] reminder

SJDXA members,

When posting to the SJDXA list, you must not include other email addresses
in the "to mail". It must only be addressed to the SJDXA reflector.

sjdxa at mailman.qth.net

 

If you add other addresses, it will bounce to a list admin (me or K2RET I
think) who must approve it before it can be forwarded on.

 

This will also happen if you post to the list as or with an "undisclosed"
list of addressees.

 

So, for future reference, send any info for the SJDXA list in a separate
email. If you make a message that you want to go to the SJDXA list AND to
other individuals, then simply create the message for the other people on
your list and before you send it, do a "copy/paste" of the message body into
a separate email for the SJDXA reflector.

 

What sometimes happens is an old email for the list gets missed by the list
admin and awaits approval for a potentially long time.
